The space Welcome to your breezy coastal escape—a spacious, split-level apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. Upstairs, the open-plan living area is a welcoming spot to unwind. Relax on the L-shaped lounge with reverse cycle air-conditioning and enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Chromecast. The living area flows directly onto a private balcony, where you can take in the fresh sea air and catch ocean glimpses—perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for easy home cooking, complete with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and utensils. Dine inside around the four-seater table or opt to sample one of the restaurants nearby. On the ground floor, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and the bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. ● Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, built-in robe, dedicated workspace and access to the shared, grassy backyard. ● Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in robe and access to the private, enclosed courtyard. ● Bathroom: Recently updated with a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet ● Laundry: Washing machine, basin, ironing facilities and drying rack Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, and settle in with a complimentary starter pack featuring essentials like tea, coffee, milk, oil, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. Plus, enjoy the convenience of secure garage parking for one car (clearance height: 2.0 metres—Suitable for most SUVs, but larger 4WDs may not fit. Please check your vehicle height before entering). Guest access Guest Access & Check-In Information ● Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay ● Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox – a code will be provided ● Check-in: From 3:00 PM ● Check-out: By 10:00 AM ● All access details will be sent early on the day of your arrival ● We’ll notify you if an early check-in or late check-out becomes available Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. *Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
