Beachhouse Artists Room (#1)

Spacious air conditioned one queen size bed room, night stands, and big closet available for rent at beach house 3 blocks from Ocean Park beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The space Large air conditioned private room and queen size bed, chairs, night tables. House located 2-3 blocks from the Ocean Park Beach and the Barbosa (Ultimo Trolley) park. We have a spare room ready for single travelers or couples (gay or straight). It's a 5 bedroom house, and guests will have their own private room and semi-private bathroom. Guests will share bathroom, dining area, kitchen, living room, and patio. The property is located 3 blocks from the beach and Barbosa park, which has tennis courts, track and field, jogging area, playgrounds, basketball and baseball courts, soccer field and all in front of Ocean Park beach. The house is located in a simple 10 minute driving range from the airport and Old San Juan and Condado by car and close to guest houses, restaurants, night life, stores, and entertainment. We prefer non-smokers, and guests must be honest, neat, organized and quiet. I'll give you a run down on the house. I live in it alone. Sharing will be with myself and other guests. I have four (4) good dogs (a Weimaraner, 2 Puerto Rican Terriers - Sato, and a English Springer Spaniel), other than that, the house is for you to enjoy. DOG LOVERS A MUST. All common areas, including kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove), dining room, TV room and patio we will share. Hallway bathroom is shared by guests staying in the house. All I ask is that you be clean and considerate at all times. Buy your own food and enjoy your stay! 7% ROOM TAX - Please be aware that Puerto Rico Government requires hostelers to collect a 7% room tax. However, Airbnb does this for us. So beware your final rate will include these charges. Guests have access to the whole house except private rooms, thus they will share bathroom, dining area, kitchen, living room, and patio, as well as other common areas such as laundry room. When I am home, I interact with guest all the time. Mostly, we see each other in the mornings and afternoons. My neighborhood is a residential-touristic neighborhood, nicely situated between Condado and Isla Verde, where most of the San Juan hotels are located. Ocean Park hosts small inns, guest houses, and homes shared with tourists, as my own. House located 2-3 blocks from the Ocean Park Beach and the Barbosa (Ultimo Trolley) park, which has tennis courts, track and field, jogging area, playgrounds, basketball and baseball courts, soccer field and all in front of Ocean Park beach. Yes, only 3 blocks from my house are bus stops to go towards Condado, Old San Juan or Isla Verde beach. Also, house is easily accessible to main roads and expressway. Also, a grocery store is only two blocks away. You may also walk to Condado (about 1 hour) or Old San Juan (2 hour walk), or Isla Verde (about 45 minutes). Please remember you must be a DOG LOVER to stay here since I have four (4) dogs, one large breed dog (Weimaraner) a smaller Spaniel, and 2 rescued stray dogs. Guest access Enjoy Access to TV-family room, kitchen, bathroom, dining table, outside dining and laundry room, wifi, patio, friendly dogs. Walk to the beach, entertainment areas such as restaurants, stores, bars, park (tennis, jogging, track & field, basketball, baseball and more). During your stay I interact with guests continuously during the day if at home. Although I limit my questions in order to respect their privacy. Want to tell me about yourself? Please bring your personal items such as toothbrush, hairbrush, soap. Grocery stores are also a short walk away. Please leave kitchen door locked if you leave home or when not in the area (backyard, garage or kitchen). Also, please clean all dishes and glasses/cups after use. Don't leave them in the sink unclean. My dogs shall be left inside if possible. Lastly, turn lights a/c or fans off when not in the house. Thanks!
