The Farm Cottage: Is a warm and comfortable fully furnished single bedroom, single bath cottage, tucked away in the Steele Creek Valley off Chena Hot Springs Road, but only a short 10 mile drive to downtown Fairbanks. The space The Farm Cottage features a fully furnished living room, kitchen, laundry, bath, bedroom with queen sized bed. The living room and bed room are separated by French style doors and the living room has a twin size hide-a-bed couch. The hide-a-bed couch can accommodate travelers requiring separate beds. The cottage has a wonderful view of the farm, Alaskan wildlife and beautiful sunsets. Grill in comfort on the front porch while you enjoy the peace and quiet of farm life. Guests can expect a quiet stay with Sandhill cranes visiting in the summer and moose in the winter. Other winter time activities in the area include the northern lights, mushing, Nordic and Alpine skiing, and World Ice Art Championships! The cabin is stocked with coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as well all the basic cooking and kitchen supplies. Price per night is based on double occupancy; therefore, there is an additional fee of $22/person/night for more than 2 guests (children under the age of 2 stay for free). Guest access The Cottage is equipped with a key-less entry lock for self check-in. We will keep an eye out for your arrival, but you are able to access the cabin without us. Other things to note Price includes all state and local room taxes.
