This holiday home is entirely on one floor inside and suitable for four people, but accessible via a few steps. The cosy living room features a comfortable seating area, television, and dining table, seamlessly connected to the modern kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and combination microwave. From the living room, you reach two bright bedrooms, each furnished with two box-spring beds for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, and washbasin unit. Private terrace for relaxing moments Outside, a furnished terrace with parasol awaits, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet evening overlooking the garden. Thanks to free WiFi and central heating, the Berkel 4 feels comfortable in every season. You also have your own parking space directly by the chalet, making loading and unloading always easy. Please note: made-up beds and towels are not included in the price, but can be booked for an additional charge if desired Holiday Park Aan de Maas – water, nature and cultureThe Drielse Lande is located in Holiday Park Aan de Maas, a unique location right on the river in the heart of the Bommelerwaard. Here you can enjoy endless water activities such as boating, paddleboarding, or fishing, as well as relaxing by the shore. Discover picturesque villages, historical sights like Loevestein Castle, and the nature of the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. For a day out, Den Bosch, the Efteling, and Safaripark Beekse Bergen are within easy reach. After a day full of impressions, return to the peace and comfort of your own chalet. Other things to note Vakantiepark Park Aan de Maas is authorized to request a security deposit from all guests who rent a holiday home in advance. The deposit amounts to a maximum of €100 per person. If, after the rental period and inspection, no damage is found in or to the property, the (remaining) amount will be refunded within 3 weeks. In the event of damage or missing items, the guest will receive an invoice. Causing nuisance or disturbance may also be a reason to withhold the deposit. Work-related bookings are not permitted. Bookings related to work, business assignments, or accommodation for employees are not permitted. If you make such a booking and Vakantiepark Aan de Maas determines that the reservation is work-related, it reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to arrival.
