Excellent connections across the city. In just 5 minutes walk, you’ll reach the S/U-Bahn station Bundesplatz (U9, S-Ring). About 45min to the airport, 30min to main train station. The space This is a two-room apartment with a hallway separating the rooms, providing extra privacy. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, while an additional sofa bed is available in the living room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The bedroom has direct access to a private balcony—perfect for enjoying fresh air or morning coffee. The space is thoughtfully furnished and decorated with artwork and a personal collection of photo albums. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped with nearly everything you need for daily use, and you’re welcome to prepare your own meals. Tea and coffee are provided for your convenience. Clean towels and essential amenities are provided in the bathroom. If guests wish to sleep in separate rooms or use the living room exclusivley, please make the reservation for 3 guests. During your stay I am happy to help if you have any questions, need recommendations, or want tips about Berlin. At the same time, I fully respect your privacy, so you can interact as much or as little as you like. If you could bring a fridge magnet from your city or country, you could also get one from me for free!
