The space About this place The 7-bedroom gîte for 14 people is completely renovated. Appreciated for its 6-hectare plot with a 1-hectare pond 200 m away, where you can fish and swim. Perfect for nature lovers and ornithology enthusiasts (presence of gray heron, common moorhen, etc.)! Molky, petanque, trampoline available. A small courtyard in front of the house allows you to supervise the little ones. The space The house, which is an old stone farmhouse, has been recently renovated and offers calm and comfort. On the ground floor, 70 m² of common space with: - A large equipped kitchen with an island for 8 people to eat, a stove, a dining room, a living room and a laundry/game room, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, 2 bedrooms including 1 master suite with its private bathroom. Upstairs, A mezzanine overlooking the pond, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, and 4 bedrooms: 2 double beds in 140 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm, 1 bunk bed in 90 x 190 cm and 2 single beds in 90 x 190 cm. A last bedroom of 20 m² with a 160 × 200 cm double bed is located above the kitchen and has independent access. Provision of baby equipment; 1 high chair, 1 standing bathtub, 1 deck chair, 2 umbrella beds, 1 activity mat and 2 changing tables. Beds are fitted with fitted sheets and blankets. You are requested to come with 1 sheet to isolate yourself from the blanket as a hygiene measure (or duvet cover) and towels.
