Located 3 min from the village of Bouère (bakery and grocery store), 20 min from Château-Gontier, 40 min from La Flèche Zoo, 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel and Puy du Fou, it offers a relaxing stay where you can swim in the pond, fish, observe different species of animals; deer, pheasant, ducks, and many birds for ornithology enthusiasts. The space About this place The 7-bedroom gîte that sleeps 14 is completely renovated. Appreciated for its 6-hectare property with a 1-hectare pond 200 meters away, where you can fish and swim. Perfect for nature lovers and birdwatching enthusiasts (presence of the black-crowned night heron, common moorhen, etc.)! Mölkky, pétanque and trampoline are available. A small courtyard in front of the house allows you to keep an eye on the little ones. The Space The house, which is an old stone farmhouse, has been recently renovated and offers calm and comfort. On the ground floor, 70 m² of common space with: - A large, fully equipped kitchen with an island that can seat 8 people, a stove, a dining room, a living room and a utility room/playroom, a shower room with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, and 2 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with its own private shower room. Upstairs, A mezzanine with a view of the pond, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, and 4 bedrooms: 2 double beds 140 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm, 1 bunk bed 90 x 190 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm. A final 20 m² bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed is located above the kitchen and has separate access. Baby equipment provided: 1 highchair, 1 freestanding bathtub, 1 bouncer, 2 folding cribs, 1 play mat and 2 changing tables. The beds are fitted with fitted sheets and blankets. Guests are asked to bring 1 flat sheet to separate themselves from the blanket for hygiene reasons (or a duvet cover) and towels. We can provide them for an additional fee of €5/person for comforter covers and €5/person for towels. You can request the housekeeping service for €100 for 2 nights, and €150 for stays longer than 2 nights. An above-ground swimming pool is set up from June to September inclusive.
