Located 3 min from the village of Bouère (bakery and grocery store), 20 min from Château-Gontier, 40 min from La Flèche zoo, 1.5 hours from Mont Saint Michel and Puy du Fou, it offers a relaxing stay where you can swim in the pond, fish, observe different species of animals; roe deer, pheasant, ducks, and many birds for ornithology enthusiasts. The space About this place The 7 bedroom cottage for 14 beds is completely renovated. Appreciated for its 6-hectare plot with a 1-hectare pond 200 m away, where you can fish and swim. Perfect for nature lovers and ornithology enthusiasts (presence of grey bihoreau, criard oecnidème, etc...)! Molky, pétanque, trampoline available. A small courtyard in front of the house allows you to watch the little ones. The space The house which is an old stone farmhouse, has been recently renovated and offers calm and comfort. At the ground floor , 70 m² of common space with: - A large equipped kitchen with an island for lunch for 8 people, a stove, dining room, lounge and laundry/game room, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, 2 bedrooms including 1 master suite with private bathroom. Upstairs, A mezzanine with views of the pond, 1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and 4 bedrooms: 2 double beds in 140*190cm and 160*200cm, 1 bunk bed in 90*190cm and 2 single beds in 90*190cm. A last bedroom of 20m² with double bed 160*200cm is located above the kitchen and has independent access. Provision of baby equipment; 1 high chair, 1 standing bathtub, 1 deckchair, 2 folding cribs, 1 play mat and 2 changing tables. The beds are fitted with fitted sheets and blankets. You are asked to come with 1 sheet to isolate yourself from the blanket for hygiene (or duvet cover) and towels. Possibility of making them available to you for an additional fee of €10/person.
