Located 3 min from the village of Bouère (bakery and grocery store), 20 min from Château-Gontier, 40 min from La Flèche Zoo, 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel and Puy du Fou, it offers a relaxing stay where you can swim in the pond, fish, observe different species of animals; deer, pheasant, ducks, and many birds for ornithology enthusiasts. The space About this place The 7-bedroom cottage for 14 beds is completely renovated. Loved for its 6 hectare lot with a one hectare pond 200m away, where you can fish and swim. Perfect for nature lovers and ornithology enthusiasts (presence of gray bihoreau, criard oecnidema, etc...)! Molky provision, pétanque, trampoline. A small courtyard in front of the house allows you to watch the little ones. The space The house, which is an old stone farmhouse, has been recently renovated and offers peace and comfort. On the ground floor , 70m² of common space with: - A large equipped kitchen with an island for 8 people, a stove, a dining room, a living room and a laundry/game room, bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet, 2 bedrooms including 1 master suite with its private bathroom. Upstairs, A mezzanine overlooking the pond, 1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and 4 bedrooms: 2 double beds measuring 140x190 cm and 160x200 cm, 1 bunk bed measuring 90x190 cm and 2 single beds measuring 90x190 cm. A last bedroom of 20m² with double bed 160*200cm is located above the kitchen and has independent access. Availability of baby equipment; 1 high chair, 1 standing bathtub, 1 sunbed, 2 umbrella beds, 1 awakening mat and 2 changing tables. The beds are fitted with fitted sheets and blankets. You are asked to bring 1 flat sheet to separate yourself from the blanket for hygiene reasons (or a duvet cover) and bath towels. We can provide them for an additional charge of €5 per person for duvet covers and €5 per person for bath towels. Option to request the housekeeping service for €100 for 2 nights, and €150 for stays of more than 2 nights. An above ground swimming pool is installed from June to September included.
