This gorgeous home split over three levels, is nestled in the gum trees along the Erskine River. You can leave your car at home and literally walk everywhere. There is private access to a walking track, which leads you to the cafes, boutiques, supermarket and beach, only 5mins away. If you head the other direction, you can walk a few minutes to see the rapids or for the adventurous, you can walk 7km’s to witness the stunning Erskine Falls. The space The house has an Alpine lodge vibe, with views of the gum trees out every window. It will instantly give you a sense of calm and tranquillity. For the entertainer, the open plan living, 10 seater dining table and dream kitchen ensures endless opportunities to gather friends and family, to create lasting memories. There is a large U-shaped lounge, making it the perfect spot to watch the weekend footy or curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie with loved ones. Plus Sonos surround speakers for music lovers. The modern, stylish kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including large fridge and oven, coffee machine and grinder, plenty of storage, and is very well equipped with utensils. Manna Gum has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people: Bedroom 1- Queen bed Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Bedroom 3 – Queen bed Bedroom 4 – 2 Single beds Bedroom 5 – Loft bedroom with a Queen bed and small ensuite (not enclosed) There are 2 modern and stylish bathrooms downstairs, plus and a Washing/dryer machine. *Please note, wood for the fireplace will be provided during April - mid October.
