We are quiet , in a small village 10 minutes from Vienna and 40 minutes from Lyon . The house is very well equipped with a small garden & an above ground swimming pool in summer. In winter you will enjoy the underfloor heating & in summer the air conditioning The area is very quiet, it is possible to get your bread on foot or by bike . The house is in co-ownership by the garage We are close to Condrieu , in a highly winegrowing region so not far from many wine cellars.
