Ti Kaz Tortue is a 54-square-meter 3-room bungalow that can accommodate 4 people (and possibly a small child), in a small quiet and secure condominium, in the middle of a green tropical garden and which benefits from a private parking space; 7 minutes from the center of St François and 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The space In the countryside near St François, 800 m from the sea, the covered terrace allows you to have meals by the pool exclusively reserved for the tenants of the bungalow and protected by a flexible barrier. Excellent appliances and Wi-Fi access (unfortunately not very efficient) add to the comfort for a heavenly vacation. Linens are provided. Guest access Tenants will have access to the entire property, terrace and pool reserved for them. For your comfort the rooms are air-conditioned, doors and windows must be closed when the appliances are in operation, and they must be turned off when the rooms are not in use as well as during your absences (think about energy savings). As the bungalow is made of wood, it is strictly forbidden to use candles and to smoke, even on the terrace. Doors and windows must be locked when you are away Parking is common to all occupants of the condominium, only one space is allocated to you, your guests' vehicles will have to stay on the street.
