We provide 2 beach, 2 bath, 2 makeup towels. You also have USB connectors to charge your phone/tablet, hangers to hang your cloth, a tall mirror and a full private ensuite bathroom with shower and hot water. This recently renovated colonial-designed building is centrally located and suitable for international travelers, couples or solo guests looking for a fun, artsy, and comfortable space. Guests can come to relax and/or create. We dreamed this place for guests to come up with new ideas, work on projects, write, or simply retreat to rest, refuel, and experience the charming tropical capital of Puerto Rico. Guest access There is a supermarket, Colmado de Papo 3 minutes away and a cafeteria across the street that serves daily breakfast and lunch. Old San Juan is walking distance or you can hop on the public bus that is one block away from the building. Old San Juan is home to to many restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, souvenir shops, tourist attractions, and sights to visit. There are several parks, historic buildings and museums around. Other things to note Bring your fun and positives vibes only. We love hosting and meeting new people. Therefore, we nurture a quiet space for peace and rest that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion. Please respect and cherish fellow guests. You can enter/exit the guesthouse at anytime. We kindly ask to respect the quiet hours between 9:30pm and 8:00am for the benefit, rest, and enjoyment of all guest. Easy check in and check out! A full key-less experience. Checkin - anytime after 3pm Checkout by 11am *We do not have reception area or an area to leave your luggage before or after your stay.
