Other things to note Attention: Construction site notice Construction work (new construction of an apartment building) is currently taking place on the neighboring property until 2025. Unfortunately, there will be occasional disturbances (noise, etc.) during the construction phase. However, we will do everything possible, in consultation with the client, to keep the impairments to a minimum. A nice apartment on the raised ground floor, ideal for max. 4 people. The apartment has a southern balcony inviting you to relax. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a width of 1.50 m. A practical kitchenette is also available. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed. The bathroom offers a shower and toilet for your comfort. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not permitted. Wi-Fi is available for convenient Internet access. A parking space in the underground parking garage is at your disposal.
