Restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. 7 mins walk to beautiful sandy beaches. 7-8 mins walk to the train station A well equipped double bedroom with a dedicated bathroom, a small fridge with water and milk, kettle, coffee machine. The space Dedicated double spacious room, double bed & smart TV overlooking garden and park beyond. You also have exclusive use of a luxury bathroom and shower. Your accomodation is on the first floor on the west side of the house. Once past the stairgate it's exclusive to you with a digital lock for your bedroom and a standard key lock for your bathroom. There is a privacy curtain to ensure your total privacy! A luxury seaside retreat West Wing is situated in the heart of Broadstairs. Only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town with restaurants and bars. 7 mins walk to the beach and 7-8 mins walk to the train station. There is no parking on site however on the adjacent road you will find parking free of charge, but don't worry, I will give you all the spots with your check in details. Guest access Exclusive access to bedroom and a luxury bathroom all tucked away behind a heavy floor to ceiling curtain and stairs gate with a digital lock to your room. During your stay We are at hand to answer any questions during your stay and provide recommendations of restaurants and bars. We are also very available via text during your stay Other things to note Our family is myself, my 20yr old son and our 2 cockapoo furries (did you know cockapoos are hyperalleregenic!) and a cat called Mia. We are a working household but always available should you need us with the upside of feeling totally exclusive. The west wing is on its own floor and accessed down its own corridor.
