The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to Arlington Park and Southside Village with numerous restaurants both casual and upscale, Morton's Gourmet Market, a tea house, coffee house and entertainment. The location is close to downtown and all attractions in Sarasota. My house evokes peace and tranquility. The space The room has a full side bed that accommodates 1 person only, 1 nightstand, 1 lamp, a ceiling fan, a comfortable swivel chair, a large oblong table a microwave, a mini refrigerator/freezer, a smart TV that extends and rotates, Netflix, Wi-Fi and coffee maker, It has a North facing window and is approximately 11 1/4ft X 10 1/2ft. with a generous closet. Guest access Access is to a common sitting room with a 46 inch TV, the enclosed lanai and outdoor backyard. During your stay I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing information about local attractions in Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Saint Petersburg and Tampa. I am happy to recommend restaurants to accommodate all budgets. Other things to note I live on the property with my older affectionate cat. My house is not child proof therefore I prefer adults.
