Our beautiful apartment is spacious and cozy, in addition to being located in the city center, in Praça dos Leões, with a beautiful view of the square and Morro do Bom Jesus, with easy access to bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakeries and shops. In addition, the site is close to the Bom Jesus Cave (elected the 1st wonder of Brazil) where the sanctuary is located in which the beautiful masses are celebrated during the pilgrimages. The space The apartment consists of a living room that contains a very comfortable sofa bed for sleeping, TV, armchairs, china cabinet, air-conditioning and a balcony overlooking Bom Jesus hill and Praça dos Leões. A social bathroom. Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, filter and cooktop stove, plus glasses, plates, cutlery and pots, which are in the pantry, as shown in the photos. 3 bedrooms equipped with air-conditioning and a clothes rack, one of which is a suite overlooking the hill and the square; a bedroom with two single beds, accommodating up to 4 people, and; a bedroom with a double bed. Outdoor area with ample leisure space, with a dining table for 6 people and an island for 4 people, TV, upright freezer and a counter with a sink. Great atmosphere to socialize with friends and family. In the leisure area, there is also a laundry room and an external bathroom. The buildings in the center do not have an elevator, but the staircase leading to the apartment is wide and it is on the second floor of the building. Our apartment does not have private parking, but in front of the building there are safe parking spaces for cars, which are used by residents of the region, as we are located in the city's main square.
