The house is located 20 minutes from the historic center and the airport, using a private vehicle or taxi, and 15 minutes from Santa María el Tule, a tourist destination, which leads to more foreign destinations, such as the Ruta del Mezcal, Teotitlán Del Valle, Mitla and Hierve El Agua. A 10-minute walk away, you'll find convenience stores, a market, health center, restaurants, and pharmacies. The space It has 3 comfortable and cozy rooms, the space has a kitchenette and a central dining room that is also ideal for having a good dinner or working comfortably. The layout is very practical, with everything close at hand. It has a garage for one car. The house is in a strategic area to reach the city center or enjoy foreign tourist attractions. Other things to note The single bed is located in a small room, inside the main room (with a king-size bed), and does not have a door. In other words, the master bedroom becomes a shared room. The room with a double bed is completely separate. The house does not have spaces that could be risky for babies or children.
