Woodland Retreat

Newly built 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located across from the historic Coke Ovens in South Glenwood Springs. You will be 7 miles from Sunlight Ski Resort, near many hiking trails, parks and less than a mile away from the Roaring Fork River. Downtown Glenwood is only a 5-to-10-minute drive with outstanding restaurants and activities. The space We are located in a 2-story white steel building on the second floor. There is only parking for two standard vehicles in tandem. we cannot accommodate parking for longer trucks, camper vans, or RVs if there will be another vehicle with you. There is a non-profit organization called Return to Dirt located on the first floor. They usually work during the week in the day or evening. Features a full kitchen, full bath, large couch that expands to a double sized bed, walk-in closet, and patio. Please keep in mind that we do have stairs. We do accept pets! If you have a pet, it must be dog friendly, quiet, and well behaved. (IE potty trained.) Since we are pet friendly... help keep it that way! We adore animals as much as you do your pet, so be cool! Pick up after them, and keep them from staining any furniture.
