Charming stone house – 5 people

Located above the village "Les Vans", you are here in a natural environment, quiet, while being close to shops, rivers, nature activities offered by this pretty corner of Ardèche du Sud. Stunning views of the "Gras" landscape, on the Serre de Barre... In summer, rental is possible and recommended from Saturday to Saturday :-) The space It consists of: - 2 bedrooms in the main house; either 3 single beds + 1 double bed - 1 bathroom - 1 toilet - 1 large kitchen and outdoor living room in the veranda - 1 large outdoor terrace - 1 large green space Guest access You have the top of the house, with a large plot around it. There is no one renting the rest of the house when you are there The house is located at the end of a path that leads to a hiking trail. Other things to note We equip the beds with mattress and pillow protectors as well as bathroom mats Please provide fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. (i.e. 3 duvet covers and fitted sheets for single beds in 90, 1 for a bed in 140 5 pillowcases) You have a basic set of items: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea; please make sure that there is some left for the next guests or let us know
