Modern & cozy 1-room apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts The space The approx. 40 m² 1-room apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of town offers a cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, two mattress hardnesses can be selected) and a pull-out sofa bed (approx. 1.20 x 1.80 m) to relax. A TV with various streaming services as well as books and board games are available for rainy days. In addition to the dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking (various electrical appliances, dishwasher, spices), including Coffee (capsule machine) and tea at your disposal as well as fresh sparkling water (Sodastream) on request. A small but fine bathroom (shower, hairdryer) as well as a wardrobe and an open closet complete the apartment. Thanks to a separate entrance and key box, a flexible arrival & departure is possible (by prior arrangement). Please note: the sofa bed is only 1.20 m wide, so it can be cozy for 2 people. If that doesn't bother you, four people are welcome. Other things to note Free street parking is available right in front of the property. Please note that there is a one-time additional cost (additional expense for cleaning and washing) of €15 for a visit with four-legged friends. These will be automatically included in the reservation/booking. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
