The cottage features a master bedroom and a separate children’s bedroom with bunk beds, making it ideal for families. The bright, open-plan living space includes a fully equipped luxury kitchen, dining area and a comfortable lounge including a television with Netflix. The space Sleeping Arrangements * Master bedroom: Comfortable king-size bed * Second bedroom: Bunk beds Please note that the bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years old). If your group includes 4 adults, the pull-out sofa bed can be made available for an additional supplement of £10 per night. Please be aware that, due to the size and layout of the cottage, the property is best suited for a maximum of 3 adults to ensure a comfortable stay. Bathroom A simple yet comfortable bathroom with both a bath and over head shower, providing everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay Guest access For your convenience, a secure lockbox is located around the side of the house. The access code will be provided on the day of your arrival. Please ensure the key is returned to the lockbox upon departure before leaving the property. Other things to note We provide one free parking space for our guests. Please note that this is a private residential development, and all other parking spaces are allocated to residents. We kindly ask that you use only the designated guest parking space ( spot 14) and do not park in any other bays, as this may inconvenience our neighbours or result in your vehicle being reported.
