This unique space is a 2 unit apartment. You can rent either the downstairs or upstairs or both! It is the perfect little spot for those just passing through or for those wanting to host a larger family gathering or get away! It is located in downtown Vernon, Texas. It is only 2 blocks from their local city square and movie theatre. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and a Walmart close by. The space This is the downstairs unit ONLY and is a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom unit that can sleep up to 5 people. There is a king, queen, and a twin sleeper sofa in the unit. The sleeper sofa is located in the living area. This unit has a full kitchen with all appliances and basic cooking utensils as well as dishes. We provide the coffee and condiments. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a single vanity. There is a washer and dryer in the unit accessible by guests for free. While this unit only sleep up to 5 the unit is very spacious and can fit air mattresses or additional cots for larger groups. There is a small bar height table that sits 2 and a bar on the island that sits 3 in the kitchen. There are 2 smart TVs located in the unit with wife provided. Guest access There will be full access to the unit(s) rented. Other things to note Parking is free and located on Wilbarger or Fannin. We do have garage parking available for a fee.
