The living area features a flat-screen TV with local channels The space This is the second-floor unit of our townhouse, which has been thoughtfully divided into two separate units to cater to the specific needs of our guests. The second-floor unit can accommodate up to 5 people in total and features two bedrooms. The first bedroom, known as the 'big room,' has two double-size beds and can sleep 4 guests comfortably. The second bedroom is a cozy single room that accommodates 1 guest. This unit also comes with its own kitchen, equipped with basic kitchenware and appliances for cooking, as well as a private toilet and bathroom that includes a water heater for your comfort. The two units are separated by a door, and only the owners have access to this shared entry point, ensuring privacy for our guests. Guest access Access to the second-floor unit is through a private side entrance. Upon your arrival, the keys will be available with our staff on duty, who will ensure a smooth handover. This process ensures both convenience and security for our guests. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our staff is always available to help. Other things to note The townhouse is strategically located near major roads such as Visayas Avenue, Katipunan Avenue, and Commonwealth, offering easy access to key areas in Quezon City.
