Welcome to your home away from home for all of your side by side needs. This is a fully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 5 acre property. This is 1 of 3 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups. The space House #2 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a full kitchen and laundry room. The Master Bedroom has a king mattress and full bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has two bunk beds with full mattresses. The third bedroom has a full mattress, and the living room has a full pull out sofa. This house sleeps up to 10 adults and we DO NOT allow pets in this house. There is a firepit, grill, and pressure washer at this house. House #2 is directly next to number #3 and across the street from #1 & #4. See map for visual. Other things to note We are located 2 minutes from trail #25 in Ride Royal Blue and 14 minutes from Tackett creek. For all trail questions we will have you speak with Cody there is more information than we can fit on Airbnb. Also, You can conveniently ride into town to fill up with fuel. Directly across the street there is a 1940s restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday.
