Sunny and bright luxury vacation home. Centrally located between an artsy, old charm, quaint San Jose del Cabo and lively, exciting party city downtown Cabo San Lucas. You can experience the best of both cities from my home. Everything you need is minutes away. Easy access to air conditioning public buses. 18 minutes from SJD airport. Near art galleries, beaches, surf shop, golf courses, shopping , markets, local authentic Mexican cuisine and best seafood restaurants. Rental car is recommended. The space 18 minutes from SJD airport, cul de sac luxurious private property in a gated community with 24 hours security guards, security gate, close to all the conveniences, shopping, markets, restaurants. Walk to the non swimmable beach and Tennis court. Private lap Pool and private jacuzzi upstairs ARE NOT HEATED. Pool has a separate children’s pool section. Not suitable for children under 2. This is my permanent home. I reside on the property downstairs. I may or may not be home. The owner suite is not available for rent. Bedroom 3 is downstairs and has private entrance from the courtyard behind the private gate. Bedroom 1 and 2 are upstairs with outdoor jacuzzi ( not heated, share with other guests ) bedroom 2 is under the rooftop, has a small fridge and has NO Wi-Fi. NO TV. Wi-Fi access outside the bedroom door. Maximum 2 people per room. Canopy Day bed on the rooftop is a common area. Rooftop furniture may be altered depending upon the weather. Rooms can be rented for one person up to a family of 6. Maximum 2 people per room. $75 cleaning fee Per booking. Minimum 7 days stay for family of 6. Long term stay allowed. Guests have access to the entire property except owner suite and the garage. Parking is free, 2 cars in the driveway and unlimited at the end of the cul-de-sac. No special permit needed. I will not be home if I rent the entire house to a family of 6 for 3 bedrooms. You and your family can enjoy your Privacy. I’m available via WhatsApp or in person and my manager is always available to assist you with your needs. Guest access Entire property. Drive way, Pool, jacuzzi, rooftop, kitchen, laundry and all outdoor areas. Owner suite and the Garage are not available. During your stay Always available via email, Facetime, Telegram or Messenger. Interaction is entirely up to the guests. Privacy is the utmost importance. Guests will feel at home, safe, secure and comfortable. I may not be home. My personal assistant is always available to assist you when I’m not available. We will make sure your needs are met and your stay is memorable. Other things to note Golf clubs are available for rent at a minimal fee $25 per day. $18 charge to use at Villa del Arco Cabo world class Spa if I’m home. I do travel. Discount fee at golf courses. Badminton rackets, Tennis rackets, Beach umbrella and Snorkeling gears are complimentary. No fee for community tennis court. $75 Cleaning fee is mandatory per booking per room. Maximum 2 people per room. Daily maid can be provided at additional fee. Require $500 deposit.
