The Caicos Key condo is new and includes a 55-inch smart TV with Fire Stick, fast Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer combo. For your security, the property has a smart lock and is gated. Guests can also use the swimming pool and BBQ area. We aim to make your stay comfortable and can provide anything you need on demand. The space Our condo rental offer hotel-like amenities at a lower cost, all within a prime location. Our condo is fully equipped; please let us know if you need anything not already provided. Our location offers easy access to entertainment, activities, shopping, banking, real estate services, local crafts, and diverse dining options. For your comfort, we provide complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. We also offer childcare necessities to help you save on expenses and luggage. PLEASE NOTE: There is a new structure being build on the lot next door. This may result in some construction noises possible between 7 am and 5 pm (Mon to Friday) and 7 am and 1 pm on Saturdays. Guest access Recreational/BBQ area are all accessible to guest. Room access: Guest will be supplied with a unique door code to enter room using the smart lock. Gated property: Guest will be supplied with a gate remote if they have a rental car or a walk-through gate code if they do not have a vehicle.
