Cozy Corner

Welcome to Cosy corner an OFF-GRID, self Catering getaway, Situated in a private and quiet part of our garden on our family property. You have a small cabin bedroom with bunk beds with storage underneath and 12v usb/usb-c charging ports. Cosy corners kitchen is in an outside area under a canopy with a small cooker and functioning sink with hot water. You have a fully private bathroom under the same canopy with a compost toilet, basin and gas heated shower. Sorry we can’t accept dogs. The space Cosy Corner is a private part of our garden within the area of our family home consisting of a converted shed that is fully insulated with comfy bunk beds. Our Cosy Corner is small and minimal but with all the simple amenities that you could need. We are not powered by mains electricity, we are off grid meaning that we are powered by 12-V There is one main path that then splits off to our home and then to Cosy corner- a close nit area but still private for guests to enjoy Guest access You will be able to access, our entire front garden, your own private decking, seating areas and various other seating areas. (Which are Shared with homeowners) We only allow adults and children over the age of 12. Other things to note There are several beaches that are scattered along the coast of Whitsand Bay- 10 mins walk away and some a bit further- 20 mins away, please note that some of the beach paths below Cosy corner can be steep so we would suggest sensible footwear if you are thinking of adventuring down them. These beach paths are all public so please be safe and careful when at the beach. Please be aware that if you are going swimming in the sea, it isn’t safe to swim on an outgoing tide as rip-currents occur (powerful narrow channels of water- pulling you out to sea) Please note- we do not supply beach towels, Please leave bath towels at the property- thank you . We have cats that you may see around the property. We also have 2 dogs which are friendly but they don’t free roam.
