The space This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Norwood offers a peaceful stay just a short drive or Uber from top Cincinnati attractions: Great American Ballpark (12 min), Paycor Stadium (11 min), Riverbend Music Center (15 min), TQL Stadium (12 min), and Creation Museum (28 min). Built in 1901 and newly renovated, the home features two living rooms, laundry with detergent, free on-site parking, linens, towels, and three Roku TVs. The well-stocked kitchen includes all utensils, a gas range, microwave, and starter coffee supplies (pourover and drip, two bags per stay). Bedrooms have blackout curtains; Bedroom 1 and 2 have king beds, Bedroom 3 has two firm queen beds. Fans are available upstairs for summer comfort. The upstairs bathroom is bright with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided. Enter via keypad, with laundry and Bedroom 1 on the first floor, and the second living room plus Bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs. Soft sheets, extra pillows, and blankets ensure a restful stay. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and seasonings are stocked for cooking convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home (excluding the garage, which is used for owner storage). Other things to note Please park in the driveway whenever possible. Any extra vehicles can park on the street in front of the home any time EXCEPT 3-6 pm Mon-Fri. During that time, please park in the driveway or around the corner on Ashland Ave. The a/c units in the upstairs bedrooms should be set no cooler than 68. Any lower and they will malfunction.
