There are 3 bedrooms located on the main level, one King and two Queens with Queen trundles. There are two separate King ensuite accommodations downstairs, each having their own private entrances. The last bedroom with 2 single beds is located on the top level off of the kitchen area. It does not have a bath, nor closet space. There is a 1/2 bath just next to the bedroom for convenience. This villa has so many entertaining spaces throughout the property, it will give up to 16 guests plenty of room to mingle! Have we told you about the perfect palapa bar area in Casa Luna? This certainly is the main area that all will gather, telling lots of stories! Spacious granite bar has bar seating for 12, large screen Dish TV for those sporting events one's can't miss! Just off of the palapa bar area is an awesome, circular fire-pit giving you much additional and comfortable space for all to gather on a cool evening here in the Baja. Never need to leave!:) The spacious interior granite and stainless kitchen is fully equipped for dining in! Located on the second floor is the living area, kitchen and outdoor balcony just off of the kitchen has the most magnificent views of the Arch and Sea of Cortez. Want even better views? Head on up the circular staircase to the roof -top. The views will take one's breath away! With it's own private pool and a very large palapa bar, it's perfect for gathering many! It also has access to it's own semi-private swimmeable beach. Casa Luna is located perfectly. Downtown Cabo is only a 5 minute drive into town. Sunset Mona Lisa, voted in the top #16 places for outdoor dining worldwide and the new hip and trendy hotel/restaurant, The Cape, both with sunset views 'to die for' is located right next door. Casa Luna is located in a 24 hr. guard gated community located approximately 2.5 miles outside of Cabo San Lucas. It's a quiet and favorite of Cabo locals. Casa Luna also has access to a semi-private beach for quiet mornings and afternoons and is only a 10 minute walk away. Although we highly recommend a vehicle, there is public transportation located just outside of the front entrance of the development. It is a 5 minute walk to the front entrance. We can also provide full concierge services offering transportation services, in-home chef and massages services, pre-stocking services, help planning your activities, dining recommendations and reservations and more. Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. Parking in unauthorized areas are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sun-Thurs. 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. These noise ordinances are regulated. Fines are issued. Fines can be issued and will be the responsibility of the guests. Repeated offenses could possibly result in the removal of guests with repeated offenses. Loud music, yelling and screaming excessively are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors.
