The space Rosa House is an independent home designed for guests who wish to experience Positano with privacy and ease. The interiors reflect a simple Mediterranean style, bright and practical without sacrificing comfort. The traditional double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a spacious wardrobe and direct access to the balcony. The living area is welcoming and thoughtfully arranged, with a dining space, smart TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob and everything needed for cooking. When required, the comfortable double sofa bed easily converts into a second sleeping area, allowing the house to host up to four guests comfortably. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, ideal for remote working or relaxing with streaming services. Bed linen is provided, along with a set of three towels per guest (face, shower and bidet towel) and a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Both the bedroom and living room open onto a balcony furnished with table and chairs, while the true highlight is the vast private panoramic terrace — a rare privilege in Positano — offering an extraordinary perspective over the beach, the church and the entire bay. Guest access Check-in is carried out in person. A member of our team will meet you upon arrival, accompany you to the house and provide all the necessary information to help you enjoy Positano at its best. It is essential to agree on your arrival time in advance; after booking, you will be contacted privately to arrange the details. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Other things to note Rosa House does not provide private parking. In Positano, having a car is generally not recommended due to narrow roads, limited parking and high garage fees. However, several paid private parking facilities are available in town. Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID for mandatory registration with the local authorities. The city tax is €2.50 per person per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under 10 years old are exempt.
