Equipped with all the amenities you will need Guests have access to the entire apartment. The house is a mix of inspirations collected by the owner , with a style the modern so that every guest can feel at home. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed, 1 bathroom and a very well equipped open space with a very well-equipped kitchen-living room. Guest access BEDROOMS A very modern and spacious master bedroom with the 1 Ettioextra large 190x200 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds Each room has: TV, bedside tables, lights, , closet and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. CUCINA-SALONE OPEN SPACE As can be seen in the photos, the apartment has an Open Space kitchen-stay with attention to detail. BATHROOMS The apartment has 1 bathroom it consists of a very large shower, sink and bidet, We provide free toiletries: hairdryer, toilet paper, rugs, and towels. The toiletries are: shampoo and body soap. CLEANER We clean the apartment before check-in, paying special attention to sanitization with special products. INTERNET Fast and free wifi. AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING The apartment is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is equipped with both air conditioners and heater with radiators. There is also a thermostat to regulate the heating. As a result, you'll be comfortable with your needs/expectations. Children are welcome. Other things to note PIANO The apartment is on the THIRD FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, so you must consider the presence of stairs to reach the house. CHECK IN Once you arrive, you'll meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, due to the Italian security law. Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. There is in any case the possibility of storing your luggage so as to visit the city with peace of mind. NOISE The apartment is extremely quiet, being a high floor with state-of-the-art doors and windows that will allow you to isolate yourself with the outside world in order to have maximum tranquility.
