We have at our disposal a living-dining room with a dining table that seats all the guests as well as two sofas, a coffee table and a television. Behind this room is the open-plan kitchen with all the appliances and elements necessary for the preparation of fantastic meals. From the living room there is direct access to the modern pool area through a large glass door. On this floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. Furthermore, we have access to two bathrooms with shower as well as a guest toilet. Going down the stairs next to the swimming pool, we can access the lowest floo. This area consists of a large, modern bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and a spacious wardrobe. Exterior: The pool area has a large terrace where we can find sun loungers to enjoy the fantastic climate of the Costa Blanca surrounding the pool. In this space we will have at our disposal an outdoor dining table with capacity for all the guests. At the front there is a garden as well as a parking area for one vehicle.
