The Red Barn Guest House is structurally detached from the owner’s main residence and has all of its own amenities. Situated on 5 acres, the house has a large front porch and fire pit for outdoor relaxation. Inside, the luxuries abound with granite countertops and modern appliances. The space The guest house is tucked back behind the main residence. It is located on 5 acres in the red barn. The property is lined with trees and is the frequent hangout for deer, red fox and an abundance of birds. WiFi Flat screen TV located in Living area (smart TV where guests can sign into any of their personal streaming services) and Bedroom (Roku remote to access content) Stackable washer/dryer inside the home with complementary detergent. Contact us ahead if needed. The main house has a small 7 year old dog who enjoys meeting new guests and is very affectionate. Santiago is curious and loves visiting new “friends”. He can be viewed in the property photographs. Guest access Guests will have full access to the backyard which is shared with the owners. Additionally, there is a private sitting area and fire pit behind the guest house for the guests as well as a separate porch. Other things to note The main house has a small 7 year old dog who wanders the property. Santiago is curious and friendly. He occasionally barks upon first meeting, but is harmless. He loves being pet, chasing bunnies, laying in the sun and the UPS driver. He can be viewed in the property photographs.
