You will receive the lockbox code on check-in day. The elevator will take you to the rooftop where you will be able to enjoy the deck, gym, wet bar, lounge/work area, sun beds and loungers and of course the showstopper infinity pool with sweeping ocean and city views. For your convenience there is a washroom, outdoor shower and free Wi-Fi on the rooftop as well. ** Please note that our condo's layout is flexible and consists of 2 contiguous self-contained and separate suites. There is an acoustic door separating both units and providing privacy and security when the units are occupied by separate parties. Inquire about availability if you're interested in booking a larger group ** ** NO PARTIES ALLOWED, NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 10PM ** Other things to note – If you want to enjoy some of the trendiest restaurants, they are all just a few steps away close to 5th Avenue and 38th Street. Shopping, pharmacies, doctors and other services are all readily available on 5th Ave. - Electricity is very expensive in Playa. Please turn off all AC units, lights and TV when leaving the condo and be mindful while in the place as if you were in your own home. Stays longer than 20 days do not include electricity. In this case it will be paid based on your consumption (via a $300 USD deposit and metering your consumption upon arrival an departure). - Please be respectful of others in the building. This is our family vacation home and NOT a hotel, we ask that you treat it as if it was yours. There will be extra charges if there are damages during your stay. - Our studio does not have access to a parking spot.
