Casita ni Intoy is a loft type house nestled inside Balay ni Nene Oceanview Resort and Events Place. Facing the Pacific Ocean with the view of pacific waves, the ambience is serene and perfect for those who want to unwind. Our a-frame casita is the perfect place to enjoy with your friends and family. The listing is for 8 people. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 pax with additional charge of 500 per head. Prices are subject to change. Please make a reservation first. Guest access There are plates and utensils available inside the Casita. Guests are allowed to use the appliances inside. The tv is connected to the wifi and you can watch Netflix. The casita has a centralized AC so guests in the loft area and those on the ground can enjoy a cool temperature. Other things to note The Casita is located inside Balay ni Nene Resort. You will be sharing the place with other guests who will be booking the kubo's for day use or overnight use. The Casita is rented seperately for private use. There is an adult 5 ft pool and a kiddie pool. Guests will be held liable for any damages to the property that may incur during their stay.
