Cake, tea/coffee for breakfast The space Our home is in the perfect location for you to rest your head and relax while you explore the Costa Blanca. It's shared with my wife Sarah and I. The property is a three level townhouse with a seaview from upper terrace. The house is newly renovated with a Spanish modern feel. Your room is independent to the house on the second floor. Ideal for mature travellers. Guest access The second floor is exclusive for guests only which includes a spacious bedroom, ensuite bathroom and sun terrace. There is a designation station for breakfast which has cups, glasses and bottle opener etc. The top shelf in the fridge is free to store any chilled goods. Please enjoy the chilled bottle of water and help yourself to ice in the freezer. When eating please eat in either your own private terrace, front garden or living area. The kitchen is not available to cook hot meals. During your stay Mirco and Sarah are here to assist you and to ensure you have a wonderful stay. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to ask.
