The space Boutique N°3 is calm, natural and a little boho, with so much space that everyone finds their own corner. Each room can be reached separately from the hallway, ideal for families and groups of friends. Living room The bright, welcoming room with a view of the Schlossberg is where everyone comes together. Find some peace in the reading nook, play your music on the Bluetooth speaker, and get cosy in front of the smart TV in the evening. The sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) sleeps two more guests. Bedroom 1 A king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a wardrobe and its own smart TV for relaxed evenings. Bedroom 2 A queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a wardrobe, your quiet retreat. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen is set up for up to 6 people. There’s a Nespresso machine, French press, toaster, kettle, microwave and a Nutribullet for your smoothies, plus complete cookware for dinners together. Balcony Step from the kitchen onto the quiet balcony. With its seating, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sun. Home office Two quiet workspaces, in the living room and in bedroom 1, each with a desk, power sockets and good lighting. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Bathroom & WC The bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and a washing machine. The WC is separate, handy when several guests are getting ready at the same time. Parking Your own free parking space is in the quiet courtyard. Good to know An iron, ironing board, drying rack and a storage room for suitcases and luggage are available. Guest access The apartment is accessible 24/7 via a key safe located at the building entrance. This allows for full flexibility and independent self check-in.
