Boutique houseboat / Stunning Suffolk location

The Adrianto is a stylish and spacious houseboat in an extraordinary setting. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the river and woodlands where the houseboat is moored. Or stroll into Pin Mill, one of Suffolk’s most beautiful coastal hamlets. The Adrianto has loads of facilities as well as her own private jetty, and is perfect for a family holiday, a getaway for a couple, or a stylish group retreat. The space The Adrianto is a Dutch vessel from the 1950s, and her vintage character has been sympathetically updated with touches of modern and contemporary design, creating a truly boutique experience. The houseboat has a large, light-filled, open-plan living space. One area is for cooking, with a well-equipped kitchen; another is for dining, with elegant midcentury table and chairs; while at the far end is a cosy lounge, complete with vintage leather sofas and Moroccan rugs. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a second cabin with two full-length single beds. All of the beds feature comfortable mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and there is an additional bathroom with a large bath and a walk-in shower. The styling continues in the bathrooms, where the pine panelling is offset by matt black ironware. Finally, the houseboat also has a spacious private jetty, complete with a large wooden table and benches. From here you can enjoy the beautiful river views, a glass of wine in hand. Guest access Guests have access to the entire boat, apart from the hold and a storeroom. You may also use the dedicated parking space in the Pin Mill car park. Other things to note Staying on the houseboat is in many ways very like staying in a holiday cottage. She is permanently moored, and she’s not going anywhere! For most of the time she rests on the riverbank, but at high tide she floats for an hour or two. The houseboat is reached by a woodland path, and torches are required at night. At high tide this path is impassable for a short period. The Adrianto has a somewhat steep internal staircase, and the property is NOT suitable for those with mobility issues. The jetty has unfenced areas, and the property is NOT suitable for young children.
