Guest access 🔑 Access and connectivity The house has entrances both at the main entrance and at the rear, making it easy to move around the property. Upon arrival, the co-host will personally welcome you and provide you with the smart lock code and the Wi-Fi password. Excellent-quality Infinitum internet service is available, with extensive coverage throughout the house and capacity for multiple devices at the same time. ю Hours of stay Check-in: after 1:00 p.m. Check-out: until 13:00 hrs 📋 House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you consider the following: ✔️ It is only rented to families ✔️ Parties and events are not allowed ✔️ Pets are prohibited ✔️ No smoking inside the property ✔️ Music is welcome during your stay; we ask that you keep the volume at a moderate level at all times. The permitted hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 pm, music should be kept at a very low volume and, preferably, played inside the house to respect the tranquility of the surroundings. ✔️ All dishes must be left clean ✔️ Trash must be disposed of in the green dumpsters in the residential complex (to avoid annoying pests). 🏡 Use of Property The entire house area is private for our guests. Access to the golf course for walks is not allowed; only golfers may enter through the clubhouse. 🔒 Security The property has security cameras in common areas: one at the main entrance and another in the garden area, to provide greater peace of mind during your stay. Other things to note 🔥 Use of the pool and jacuzzi The pool and hot tub are heated by a boiler. The pool pre-heating service (20–30°C) is optional and costs: MXN 1,300 (March to September) $1,500 MXN (October–February) If required, please request it in advance. Payment is made directly to the co-host upon your arrival and can be in cash or by bank transfer. Once the ideal temperature has been reached, it is recommended to cover the pool at night to retain the heat. The next day, with an additional minimum gas consumption, you will be able to maintain a comfortable temperature. If you wish to use the boiler again during your stay, the additional gas consumed will be charged at the time of your check-out, based on usage. Note: The co-host will explain how the boiler works upon your arrival. ❄️ Climate control The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms for your comfort during your stay. 📡 External services Wi-Fi and electricity are provided by third parties, so there may occasionally be outages beyond our control. In such cases, no refunds are provided. 📌 Important considerations No parties permitted. No suitable for pets Music volume should be kept moderate at all times. The permitted hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; after that time, the volume must be very low and preferably kept inside the house. Guests are responsible for supervising minors at all times, especially in the pool area.
