Welcome to our 1100 sq/ft above ground walk out suite with a large deck overlooking the view of Okanagan Falls and Skaha Lake. (We live on the upper floor) Great location for visiting Ok Fall's wineries (13 in all) Location is also ideal for cyclist (road/mtn) or hikers. It's a 3 minute drive to the beach or the KVR trail. Dogs are absolutely welcome in our home. (no additional charge) Dog beach close by. TT30 as well 110 plug in available for electric car plug ins. The space Both the suite and view deck is spacious and very comfortable for two people but can accommodate four people easily. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a small library. The 2nd bedroom, as shown in the pictures, has the option of being closed in as a bedroom with a roll around curtain complete with it's own futon double bed, light, door and egress window or opened up for a larger living space. This 2nd bedroom design concept, with conjunction of the lower price value, is ideal for young families or close friends on a weekend get away. Any questions about this just text me please. The suite has a portable AC unit, and it's own small washer and dryer. We also have a 220 plug outside for electric car to use. We do accept single night stays but closer to requested date. Other things to note The suite is below us and you may hear occasional footsteps or our dog playing. I encourage our guests to feel comfortable and don't feel you have to walk in egg shells.... please make as much noise as you normally do.
