The space This duplex unit starts on the second floor of the building with an awesome spiral staircase that leads to a third floor bonus loft with vaulted ceilings. On the second floor there are 2 queen bedrooms with large closets and dressers for storage. The back bedroom also has a washer and dryer in the closet for guest use. The 3rd floor loft has a queen bed with awesome overhead skylights and an office space. The loft can be used for sleeping, working or as a bonus space for hanging out. In addition to the bonus loft, there is a nice large sunroom off the kitchen that can be used for lounging or eating breakfast. The sectional sofa folds out into an additional sleeping space if needed. The house was built in 1889 and retains many of its original features like the unique green exterior, beautiful hardwood floors and spiral staircase, but has some great modern touches like the fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and nicely tiled bathroom space. Note: This is a duplex building with two completely separate living areas. The main entrance is shared, but all other spaces are private. The building is like a small condo or apartment building with two separate condos. Each unit has it's own unique security locks and pin codes. Guest access We use digital locks and always generate a unique pin code for each guest for security purposes. Since this is a duplex, there is a shared main front door with seperate private doors for your personal unit. You will enter through the shared front door, then walk up the stairs to get to your private unit. Other things to note We specialize in monthly furnished rentals for people in transition.
