Other things to note 🔔 House Rules & Important Notes To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following: • Quiet hours: Please observe silence from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. • No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the laundry room balcony to maintain a clean and healthy environment. (You may smoke outside, away from all windows and doors. Non-smokers are preferred.) • Cleanliness: Kindly keep the apartment tidy and clean during your stay. • Respectful behavior: Please avoid slamming doors and causing noise disturbances. No parties or extra guests are allowed. • Care for the space: Treat the apartment as if it were your own, with care and consideration. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a pleasant living environment. • Trash & Recycling (Important): Trash collection in Taiwan works differently from that in many other countries. Most Taipei apartments do not have on-site dumpsters. Instead, garbage trucks collect trash daily (except Wednesday and Sunday) at a nearby pickup point (about a 3-minute walk). We provide official trash bags (paid) for you to bring your trash to the collection point. For an additional fee, we may be able to arrange occasional trash pickup (please book in advance and only a small amount) directly from the apartment.
