The other is set with two double beds. The other double bedroom is accessed directly from the wrap around balcony, which also has a private staircase to the large rear garden. The photos simply do not convey the scale of the space on offer here. The ceilings are extremely high and the rooms are all very spacious. Especially the room with two double beds. There are no mosquito nets because there is no need for them. It is normal practice in Asian countries to keep doors and windows closed between 3am and sunrise and around sunset hour to ensure they dont come indoors. There is a beautiful and fairly constant breeze coming through the house thanks to how high up this level of accomodation is. Brand new AC units in all bedrooms as of July 2024. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortably furnished. The space, the cleanliness, the location and the tranquility here will far surpass your expectations. This house is built like a castle. The incredible 3+m height of the ceilings and the entire building is impressive. You are sure to love your stay here just as much as I have! Other things to note This is a very peaceful family neighbourhood set a few minutes walk from the beach road where there are many restaurants to dine at. There is a very cosy, intimate feel to the neighbourhood and locals you will pass are welcoming. The beach is literally a three minute slow paced walk away and another a 6 minute walk away. This one is ideal for swimming or snorkeling. It is also a beach that turtles hatch on if you are lucky enough to be there at the right time. Owner welcomes long stay guests and price is negotiable. There is wifi in the house. I still recommend having your own dialog sim and package to ensure conne tion on the island if travelling. Dial #678# and choose unlimited monthly package.
