The place is a set of 2 bedroom, 1 drawing room, 1 Dining place, 2 Toilet & a kitchenettes. It is in the lap of nature & silence. Place is good for family. Guest enjoys the areas around this place and beaches like Morjim beach and Aswem beach. The space Bedrooms: There is 2 Bedrooms with King size beds, 2 floor mattress available in the house. There is sufficient linen/blanket/pillow to accommodate extra guests. Bedroom is spacious with Queen size bed, LED TV, satellite channels, Chairs, Wardrobe. Drawing Room: It has a comfort sofa, dining set and two floor mattresses to accommodate kids or adults who book with extra guests after two guests, at an extra cost. Kitchen: It is completely functional with gas, water purifier, utensils for cooking, refrigerator, kitchen cabinet and dining table. Maid assistance is also available at extra charge. Floor is 2nd and Both Stairs and Lift available. Gym is available on the premises with additional fees. Additional facilities: • High speed broadband internet connection with up to 150mbps speed along with power back up •There are 2 bathroom, one main and other is a small toilet. •The complex has a common fitness area (paid) and pool area (t&c). •Lifts and stairs are both available. •Fully AC & well-appointed apartment. •The complex provides for 24x7 security with CCTV. The surrounding of this complex is also very secure area. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible to the guest. Other things to note General Guidelines: Max 6 guests allowed. Valid ID to be provided. No unregistered guest or visitors permitted. No Smoking inside the room. No Pets allowed. Pool timings from 8am till 6pm. No parties/loud music. We donot offer daily cleaning but can be arranged on additional charges if required. Power or Internet outages rarely occurs but in such scenarios, no refunds will be given. Check out timings before 10.30am. 1. Regular cleaning service will be provided at an additional cost. If the guests want it, please coordinate with our caretaker for the same. The caretaker only provides cleaning services. Please do not ask them for the other household work. 2.1 TV is available and is usually recharged, but if not recharge that it will be recharged on guests request only and after payment of applicable recharge amount by the guest. 2.2 We provide broad band Wi-Fi with a data limit of 5 GB per day. Guests are requested to use Wi-Fi for surfing purpose as the speed will be reduced after 5GB data consumption. 2.3 Guests are requested not to leave any of their valuable items such as cash and jewelry at the apartment when they are out. We shall not be responsible for any theft/loss/damage to their valuable items/cash/jewelry. We shall not under any circumstances be responsible for the loss of residents' goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever. 3. Guests are requested to bring their own soap, shampoo and toilet paper. 4. Guests’ Belongings Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock. Please do not leave the air on and the windows open when you go out. We shall not under any circumstance's responsibility for the loss of residents’ goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever. 5. Damage to Property Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible. 6. Personal Injury to Guest We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property’s facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises. 7. Government Rules and Regulations: Guests are requested to provide their identity proof and address proof etc. and should observe Government Rules and Regulations in force, in respect of their registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc. 8. Foreign guests are required to provide Passport, Visa and any other details as required for their authentication before check-in, as this is statuary requirement as per local laws. These details to be provided by guests is mandatory as per local laws.
