In addition always beware of wildlife in Coquitlam as the area is next to many trails and parks. The bottom door to the lower floor that’s inside the home leads into a bedroom - so when going from upstairs to downstairs will have to go through a bedroom (unfortunately how the house was designed when purchased) Max one pet unless given special permission. No parties/events/decor or wedding celebrations at the home please Downstairs sectional sofa arm rest on the left side has sunken in a bit from a guest sitting in it - unfortunately can’t be repaired. Sofa still intact and usable, just the arm rest sunken in. Please note the balcony is surrounded by trees and leaves so leaves/debris can fall onto balcony and the furniture.
