Nestled on a breathtaking waterfront point, this charming lake house offers an enchanting escape with panoramic water views. Inside, you’ll find a beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen, cozy living room, serene lake-view bedroom, and spa-like bathroom featuring a classic claw-foot tub. Includes daily access to our outdoor wood-fired sauna. A variety of watercraft are available for your use, including: 2 stand-up paddle boards, 2 small kayaks, 2 large kayaks, 1 double kayak and a 16-ft canoe The space Embrace Nature's Beauty & Lakeside Fun Note: Booking for 3 or 4 persons will provide use of a 2 second bedroom in the lower level walkout. The second bedroom is large and also has water-views but is not included in the 2 person rate. Pictures available upon request. The property boasts a spectacular tree canopy provided by large, mature trees, creating a serene atmosphere. You'll enjoy water views from every vantage point, with direct access to the lake from two docks: one perfect for swimming, and the other ideal for your boat or watersports. Also included is complimentary access to paddleboards, kayaks, and a canoe. For outdoor enjoyment, gather on the spacious deck for al fresco dining using the large Napoleon BBQ, or relax in hammocks and other comfortable seating areas. As evening falls, share stories and s'mores around the enclosed fire pit. Please note: your unit is completely private indoors as per all the inside pics, however the owner may be onsite doing outdoor yard work and may be staying on the property in a separate unit (not always however). Guest access You'll find the property entrance immediately adjacent to the parking area. However, there are four steps leading down, so it's not suitable for wheelchair access. Complete access details will be provided upon booking. Other things to note Conveniently located 90 minutes east of Toronto, about 15 minutes from Hwy 401 and 30 minutes south of Peterborough. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors please! Violation of this rule will result in being asked to leave with a partial refund.
