Stay close to newly reopened Bob Hall Pier The space The front door opens into the living room with open floor plan including dining area and kitchen. A queen sofa sleeper and single chair sleeper are located in the living room. TV's with Roku in living room, guest bedroom, and main suite. Several outlets with USB charging ports located throughout the condo. Washer/dryer are in the hall closet with starter amount of laundry pods, broom, and dust pan. Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in wall-mounted dispensers. First bedroom is the guest room with small closet, twin over full bunk bed, and twin trundle. Main bedroom with en suite at end of hall. Queen bed, chest of drawers, closet, and door to outside back step with deck bench. Main bath with walk-in shower, towels, and wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Saltwater pool with key-code access at the heart of the 44 unit complex, features zero-depth entry, water cannons, and splash-down bucket. Lounge chairs and palm trees make the lighted pool a great idea day or evening! Adjacent pirate-ship playground offers extra fun for the kiddos. Guest access The whole condo is yours for your stay. Pool, playground, and grills in courtyard are common areas and shared with other guests. Other things to note 2 free parking places. Front entrance no stairs or steps into condo. Back entrance 3 small steps into main bedroom.
