Welcome to The Greenbelt Guesthouse! This cozy casita is centrally located in San Antonio, making it easy to access all the city has to offer. Enjoy my fully stocked kitchen, luxury furnishings, and quality mattress with greenbelt views while nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood! Great for a biz trip, weekend getaway, or staycation. We welcome pets & long-term stays. The space ** PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet friendly! There's an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 PER pet. Pet restrictions to only allow cats & dogs. Please reach out to the host with any further questions! The main house owner has a dog on the property which is separated by the metal fence. Our guests will be required to climb stairs in order to access the guesthouse.** Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, stainless steel refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, microwave & dishwasher! The coffee area has a regular coffee maker. The dining nook features 2 dining chairs and is open to the living room & kitchen. Living Room: Enjoy the open floor plan, spacious living room, and natural light. Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube, and more are available via the 43" Smart TV. Guests will need to log in with their own accounts to access streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs. Sleeping Quarters: Master Bedroom- Get a great night's rest on the Queen size memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, and down comforter. The window covering has blinds w/ blackout curtains. The ensuite restroom features a tub/shower combo with a single vanity. Fresh towels and linens are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity cabinet. Soap and body wash are not provided. Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offers a bright-open feel! Closing the shades and curtains will help keep the home temperature cooler. Please note, the home does not have a washer/dryer unit on site. Exterior: The guesthouse is located on the 2nd story of the garage. Enjoy the scenery from the patio overlooking the greenbelt as you watch deer & nature. Sip your morning coffee, or perhaps a glass of wine on the patio with the table & 2 chairs provided. Parking/ Fence: The driveway is not available for our guests. Guests may park 2 cars on the street. *Please be mindful and do not block the garage doors.* Guest access Upon arrival, you will need to park on the street and walk up the driveway to the guest house, which is exclusively for your use. To access the property, you will then ascend the exterior stairs to the second story, where the entrance to their private accommodations is located. Registration Details STR-23-13500171
