The Newly renovated Beach Sunrise Studio is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a simple, self-contained retreat, and has panoramic views of the amazing sunrise and the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town. The space The Sunrise Studio Apartment, perfectly designed for 2 persons, offers a small kitchenette/eating space, brand new multi-split A/C, a double bed, ceiling fan and free wifi with access to the ocean and a saltwater swimming pool. For an additional fee, the studio can accommodate up to 4 adults with the addition of a twin bed for 3 guests or a bunk bed for 4 guests (just select "3" or "4" as the number of guests, and your total will automatically be calculated). The extra bed(s) are only in the studio when there are additional guests. Guest access Sand beneath your toes, the sound of the waves lapping on the reef, palms swaying in the wind … Grab your snorkel and mask and from our own private steps dip into the warm Caribbean ocean. A short swim takes you to some of the best reef sites on Utila’s south side. For those not tempted to snorkel our stunning reefs, we offer a shared salt water pool and seating. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse the salt from your skin before retiring to your private deck or our stunning shared beachfront with a drink in hand, to watch the sun set over the ocean.
