It's so close, that you can run back and forth easily and spend as much time as you need soaking up the paradise of Kure Beach in a very quiet part of the beach.  Come together with the whole family for meals and movie watching in our open floor plan. A cheerful and complete kitchen with luxury granite and stainless steel awaits you with all the dishes and utensils you need for cooking at home. A propane grill and picnic table will make outdoor living easy. If you'd rather eat out, the famous Kure Beach Pier is less than a mile away with Big Daddy's Seafood, Ocean View Grill, and Jack Mackerels. If you need a rainy day diversion, head to the Aquarium only 2 miles south. Take a Ferry Ride from there to Southport, NC for a stroll through the cutest seaside town ever with lots of shopping and restaurant options. Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.  Rental Policies: In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Things to bring: Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels. Arrival & Departure: Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm. Check-out is by 10 am.  We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure. Guest Access: Electronic Entry House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities  No smoking You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. Pet Policy: The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions. Cancellation Policy: We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.
