These former stables has been sympathetically converted to a good standard and is situated on a 9-acre site, enjoying lovely rural views and providing well thought out holiday accommodation. Situated near the ancient Blean Woodland, perfect for walkers and cyclists. Canterbury, steeped in history and culture, is only a 10-minute drive as is the seaside town of Whitstable, famous for it's oysters. The village shop and two pubs are less than 1 mile away. . The space The cottage is fully equipped to make your self catering holiday comfortable and enjoyable. All accommodation is on the ground floor: (Please note that there are a number of single steps between some rooms due to the nature of the building). Open plan living room and dining room/kitchen with wooden floors. 2 bedrooms: 1 king size double, and 1 twin. Bathroom with bath and shower over and toilet. Bed linen and towels included. Smart TV with Freeview. Gas Hob and Electric Cooker. Microwave. Dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Wi-Fi. No smoking Guest access Double patio doors opening onto a terrace. Please note outside area is shared with owners. Parking for 2 cars is approximately 15m from the property. Other things to note Please note that we are currently having to replace one of our outbuildings nearest to the cottage but no work will be going on during your stay however we do have materials etc on site which maybe visible.
