Casa Lomacorazon offers hotel-style service with concierge, daily housekeeping and beach service on a cul-de-sac just 65 meters from the most beautiful beach in Las Terrenas. Our regular driver can pick you up, we work with the best tour guide and there is the flexible possibility of a chef. Playa Las Ballenas is safe and it is just a short walk along the beach to town. Enjoy all that Las Terrenas has to offer with convenience, safety and modern amenities. The space The house is completely private and situated in a tropical garden. The main house is a villa with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms. Large terrace under thatched roof with a large sitting area and a dining table for up to 10 people. A separate bungalow on the other side of the pool offers 1 king size bed and 4 extra single beds and a full bathroom. The bungalow also has a covered terrace with thatched roof with table and chairs. The pool is nicely kidney shaped with 4 bar stools to enjoy your drink in the pool under the palm tree in the corner. Around the pool are 6 handmade oak sun loungers. Palm trees and tropical plants in the garden surround the property. The walk to the beach takes less than a minute. Beach chairs are placed on the beach for you by our staff. Transportation, food delivery, cooking and massages can be arranged for our guests. Unusual amenities in our home: 1) batteries and solar panels to weather frequent regional power outages. Generator for long power cuts. 2) laundry room with access to washer and dryer 3) AC in all bedrooms, all doors and windows covered with mosquito nets 4) fully stocked beach equipment: chaise lounges with tables, cooler, beach towels Guest access The entire property is private. We have only one guest at a time with full access. No one lives in the property. Fully equipped for 10 people. Parking on driveway for two small cars / one large car, other cars must be parked along the road, guarded by our night watchman. Other things to note There is a possibility to have full time staff (breakfast, lunch and dinner) against an extra fee. Electricity is included, but the use of Airconditioning has to be paid separately, ca 5US per AC per 8 hours use. Airco reduces temperatures to ca 19 C because windows have musquiteras and shutters. The Villa has batteries and solar panels to guarantee supply of electricty during powercuts of the local electricity company. In such situations however some equipment is not operational (AC, Micro wave f.e). For long power cuts there is a generator.
